Blessings on Wheels Back-to-School Drive was truly PHENOMINAL!!! If you joined us, I would like to personal thank you for supporting the vision and if could not make it please don’t miss it in September. We will take to the streets blessing some unfortunate people on Wednesday, September 28th. We will meet at 7:30 pm at Malcolm Cunningham Auto Gallery off Wesley Chapel Road in Decatur. Serving food, sodas, water to those in need and has fallen on hard times, while seeking shelter in the streets of downtown Atlanta.
As we take to the streets, we will prepare a hot meal to include but not limit to. Our menu will consist but not limited to chicken, string beans, rice, rolls, cookies, drinks and water. This may be the only meal that someone receive that day… so we will prepare it with love…
Thanking everyone in advance for their act of kindness towards my vision…

It’s Prom Time – Please help a child with this memorable event…

Blessings On Wheels for the month of April will help some less fortunate students attend their High School Prom and you can help!!!!
Please donate or sponsor a child with prom attire so they can attend and have one of life most memorable experiences
We are in need of the following:
- New or slightly used prom dresses for ladies and suits or tuxedos for men
- Men & Women dressy shoes to accentuate the dresses and suits
- Donated gift certificates for a service (Beauty & Barber Service, Nail Care, Limo Service, Restaurant Gift Cards, etc)

Marching the streets of Atlanta and Giving Back – March 16, 2011

Blessings on Wheels for the month of February was AWESOME!!! We spread love in Atlanta and touched many lives doing so… If you joined us then you know what I’m talking about and if you didn’t please don’t miss out on it in March. B.O.W. will March the streets of Atlanta and give back to some less fortunate people who make the streets their home.. We will bless those unfortunate individuals on March 16th. We will meet at 8:00 pm at Malcolm Cunningham Auto Gallery off Wesley Chapel Road in Decatur. We will collect and deliver food and toiletries for the ladies and men (some clothing for men) on the streets of downtown Atlanta.
We will collect items to include but not limited to soap, toothpaste, deodorant, combs, brushes, smell goods, etc, but not limited to any item that you know a man or a woman can use… We will also prepare a sack meal to include (sandwiches, potato chips, cookies, drinks and water). Some people are fortunate to have these items in abundance and some have nothing…

Spread the Love – February 16th

For the month of February, we will Spread the Love and collect various toiletries including but not limited to soap, toothpaste, deodorant, combs, brushes, smell goods, household products, etc. These items will be distributed to The Jerusalem House located in Atlanta. The Jerusalem House is Atlanta’s oldest and largest provider of permanent supportive housing designated for homeless and low-income individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS. Here’s a fact that may surprise you: on any given day, almost 40% of their residents are children..

January 18,2012 Blessings On Wheels will collect and distribute new or clean slightly used blankets, hot soup, cornbread and coffee to the to those individual that call the streets of Atlanta home. Many of you have replied wishing to support as well as to help with this month’s vision gathering. I am asking everyone to have all items to us no later then Friday, January the 13th or as soon as possible to ensure proper timing for collection and distributing for the Blanket Drive on Wednesday, January 18th.
