Happy New Year’s To All:
We did it!!! Another year of being in the blessings business and loving every moment of it!!! Blessings on Wheels for the month of December was a true gift from God. We had the opportunity to partner with Good Acts Empowerment Community Group along with some wonderful sponsors and surprised well over Twenty (20) families for Christmas with gifts, food and fun. Our Grant-A-Wish for Christmas event took place at Malcolm Cunningham Auto Gallery in Decatur, Georgia. To those who shared in this phenomenal experience, please note that we touched so many lives that day and you were part of a major life changing experience. Thanks to all of the seen and unseen sponsors, this event would not have been successful without you.
For those who participated in December and over the past year, I would like to personally thank you for supporting the vision. Blessings On Wheels was a vow I took with God back in 2009 to help someone each month for a year. Now that a new year has approached us, I realize that this is a work that needs to take place without a time limit or a time-line added. With that being said, for the month of January, Blessings On Wheels will collect and distribute new or clean slightly used blankets, the ingredients for hot soup or hot chili, cornbread, coffee, water and desserts for those individual that call the streets of Atlanta home. If you desire to be apart of this great blessing, please feel free to contact our Project Manager, Keischa Robinson at (404) 934-4743 or email at keischa43@gmail.com.
Many of you have replied wishing to support as well as to help with this month’s vision gathering. I am asking everyone to have all items to us no later then Friday, January the 25th or as soon as possible to ensure proper timing for collection and distributing for the Blanket Drive on Wednesday, January 30th.

Grant-A-Wish for Christmas 2012

Greetings All:
Blessings On Wheels would like to know, what is the reason for the season???
Blessings On Wheels will partner with Good Acts Community Empowerment Group and surprise some pre-selected families by granting their wish for Christmas and you can be a part of this life changing experience. BOW is asking for donations for a new unwrapped toy for a child or a gift card for a single parent. All gifts are due no later then Monday December 17th. A wrapping party will take place on Wednesday, December 19th. Blessings On Wheels Grant-A-Wish Event will be held on Sunday, December 23rd at 1pm – 4pm at Malcolm Cunningham Auto Gallery, 4334 Snapfinger Woods Drive, Decatur, GA. (Malcolm Cunningham Auto Gallery is not held liable for this event only supplying the usage of the facility for this event). October 31st… Take to the streets with B.O.W.

On October 31st we will take to the streets of Atlanta. Spreading love and distributing food for those who are less fortunate then some. Our menu will consist but not limited to spaghetti, corn on the cob, rolls, desserts, drinks and water. This may be the only meal that someone receives that day… so we will prepare it with love…
Many of you have replied wishing to support as well as to help with this month’s vision gathering. If you wish to help out with donations or food, please have all items to me no later than Monday the 29th and we will gather together to prepare food and take to the streets on Wednesday the 31st. We will meet at Quick Tripp off of Wesley Chapel in Decatur on the 31st at 7:30pm and head downtown from there. If you are donating food, please have these items in by this date to assure proper preparation.

September brings a new birth to the Streets of Atlanta – B.O.W.

On September 26th we will take to the streets of Atlanta. Spreading love and distributing food for those who are less fortunate then some. Our menu will consist but not limited to spagahetti, corn on the cob, rolls, desserts, drinks and water. This may be the only meal that someone receive that day… so we will prepare it with love…
The month of September for Blessings on Wheels is the 9th month of serving which represents a “New Birth” of something, so what better way to bring forth a new birth (#9) then to bring forth blessing to others.
Many of you have replied wishing to support as well as to help with this month’s vision gathering. I am asking everyone to have all items to me no later then Saturday the 22nd and we will gather together to prepare food and take to the streets on Wednesday the 26th. We will meet at Quick Trip off of Wesley Chapel in Decatur on the 26th at 7:30pm and head downtown from there. If you are donating food, please have these items in by this date to assure proper preparation.

Back to School Drive 2012

Blessings On Wheels is in need of your help for the following supplies for our Back To School Drive that will be held on Wednesday, July 25th.
In order to be successful and ensure that we are able to supply the school needs of as many children and youth as possible this year.

- Book Bags
- Packs of Notebook Paper, Spiral Notebooks
- and Two Pocket folders
- Packs of Pens, Pencils, and Crayons
- Rulers, Erasers and Calculators
